RCB has the mandate of marketing Rwanda’s MICE capabilities and potential on regional and international grounds. RCB has been established to promote and coordinate Meetings, Incentives, conferences, and Events /exhibition Businesses (MICE tourism) for the country’s economic development.
To achieve the above, RCB wishes to provide technical assistance and capacity building to Rwanda’s MICE private sector stakeholders in the field of Sound and Audio-Visual production and operations. It is in this context that would like to recruit a company to assist Rwanda’s MICE private sector stakeholders in the forementioned field.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. More details on the services are provided in the terms of references.
The tender documents with detailed terms of reference may be obtained on any working day in Procurement Office, RCB Headquarters in RDB building, 2nd floor upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fees amounting to Rwf 10,000 payable on RCB account number 0009507728806-72 open in Bank of Kigali (BK).

Submission Procedure
Interested bidders are required to submit one original proposal, well printed, properly bound in a sealed envelope clearly highlighting the tender reference number, the title of tender, and the bidder’s name for local bidders and for International Bidders to submit their bids online to yvonne.mupfasoni@rcb.rw not later than Monday, January 30th, 2023 at 10:00 AM local time.
Bids will be opened immediately in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
