TENDER NOTICE

TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF DRY FOOD AND MEAT AT KING FAISAL HOSPITAL, RWANDA

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 07/G/NCB/24/KFH,

The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’funded by its budget towards the cost of supply of Dry food and meat. Client intends to apply portion of the funds to eligible payments under the frame work contract, the tender is composed of two Lots, (Supply of dry food for Lot1 and supply of meat for Lot 2)

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit their bids as indicated in detail per each Lot in the statement of requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 800,000frw for Lot 1 (supply of dry food) and 800,000frw Lot 2 (supply of meat) per eachlotduly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm November 1^st ,2024. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on November 1^st,2024.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
