World Vision International (Rwanda) is looking for a qualified Publishing companies for Supply of Kinyarwanda Story Books for Home Grown School Feeding Supported Schools. Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions.

Instructions to bidders:
1. All interested bidders shall express their interest on this EXOI latest on 24th April 2023 at 5:00 pm (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the Publisher in WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”);
2. All interested Publishing companies are requested to submit the samples of their titles no later than 01st May 2023 at 05:00 PM. The samples which submitted after deadline will not be received and not be considered at all.
3. Submit the financial offer of each Title (Book) through our e-procurement not later than 01st May 2023 at 05:00 Pm in excel sheet. Price is part of criteria for selection.
4. Each Title has to be approved by REB and accompanied by approval letter from REB. Any temptation of cheating, will lead to the disqualification and blacklisted. World Vision International Rwanda has right to conduct background checking with REB if necessary. World Vision International Rwanda will have an independent evaluation, having an approval from REB will not necessarily mean qualification.
5. All samples must be submitted at World Vision International Rwanda Head Office located in Kangodo I Village, Nyarutarama Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, KG 9 Ave, Kigali.
