DUHAMIC-ADRI takes this opportunity to invite all interested bidders to participate in the competitive tendering process to procure and supply the construction materials to install plastic rainwater harvesting tanks and their other related accessories for selected households supported by SMART Project in the sector of Murama/Kayonza District.

This tender is open for all qualified bidders and shall comply with the following tender requirement:
1. The bid-offer shall contain the application letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI and the Financial offer accompanied by a copy of the company registration Certificate and proof to avail of the electronically generated bill (EBM) for further payment;
2. The financial quotations shall include transport costs and other related charges including applicable taxes;
3. The bidder shall be ready for supply upon the issue of the purchase order;
4. The reception of supplied construction materials will be at Rundoyi (Stock), Kavumu cell office, and Nyakarera Cell Office.

The invited bidders will submit their offers well aligned with the above tender requirements by Monday, 13th February 2023 not later than 3h00 PM via DUHAMIC-ADRI procurement email: procurement@duhamic.org.rw
