Through the financial support from PEPFAR through USAID in the IGIRE – Turengere Abana program; FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/individuals to submit their bids for the supply one (1) NIKON D810 (body) and accessories: lens (18-105), Tripod, camera package bag , TRIOPO speedlight, and camera memory card (64GB)  to FXB Rwanda.

The bidder shall submit the following documents:

1. Price schedule/quotations detailing unit prices displaying the unit price with VAT Inclusive and VAT Exclusive;
2. Copy of the incorporation certificate;
3. Copy of the RRA clearance certificate
4. Copy of the RSSB clearance certificate
5. The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Thursday, April 6th, 2023 at 4:00 PM

Note.

FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;

The requested materials will be delivered at FXB Rwanda Country Coordination office Located
