Request For Quotation Of Transport Services
Gasabo 3D is an architectural and engineering services company with its business operations in Kigali, Rwanda at Kigali business center (KBC) 5th Floor. The company has one of the best local talents with vast experience in its areas of service provision.

Our services are focused on the following segments, facilities and infrastructure design; Architectural and technical studies; feasibility studies and master planning; telecommunication infrastructure design and optimization; international outsourcing design services; 3D animation services; computer aided design (CAD) and trainings
Gasabo 3D wishes to hire a transport company that will provide the vehicles and car wash services and a framework contract of 2 years renewable will be signed with the successful service providers

Important Information

• You should follow the format provided in the table above.
• Bidders are allowed to quote on 1 Lot or all Lots.
• The prices should be fixed for the period of one year unless for the case of force majeure.
Administrative Requirements On All Lots
• Copy of company Registration Certificate
• Valid RRA Tax Clearance
• 3 Copies of Completion Certificates of your previous customers on similar items
Submission Of Bids
• The quotations should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes at Gasabo 3d Reception no later than 21th April 2023 at 10AM.
• After deadline no bids will be received.
