PUBLIC TENDER ANOUNCEMENT 

Tender title: Public tender to support the production of IGIRE-JYAMBERE Activity newsletter

The deadline for submission of bids: 10^th November 2023 at 10:00 am (Kigali Time). 

DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all qualified consultants, companies or firms to submit a proposal to provide services for the production of IGIRE-JYAMBERE Activity newsletter. The purpose of this tender is to solicit competitive offers to select a consultant who can meet our requirements and provide high-quality newsletter production services.

The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all taxes.

Bids including Technical, Financial and administrative documents (original and one copy) will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Friday 10^th November 2023 at 10:00 am (Kigali Time).

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector.
