TENDER TITLE: PUBLIC TENDER FOR HIRING AN AUDIT FIRM TO CONDUCT EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR ALL USAID FUNDED PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED BY DUHAMIC-ADRI FOR ONE YEAR RENEWABLE

DUHAMIC-ADRI is a local non-profit organization based in Kigali which was founded and legally recognized by the Ministerial Order No. 943 of July 12, 1985. Its statutes were amended and accepted by the Ministerial Order No. 025/11 of 21 March 2005; it has vision of « A rural world responsible for its self-socio-economic development » and the mission is "Supporting integrated development through the initiatives of the rural population in their struggle for self-development".

DUHAMIC-ADRI is looking for interested audit firm working in Rwanda for conducting audit services for all USAID funded projects for a period of January to December 2022.

Eligible bidders should appear on the approved list of audit firms by USAID and submit their competitive offers comprising the technical and financial proposals in respect of the following attachment: 

1. A motivation letter addressed to the Chief of party; P.O BOX 1080 KIGALI; 
2. A copy of trading License, 
3. A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): A copy of invoice submitted in the past. 
4. Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), 
5. Valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB, 
6. A copy of Certificate of registration for VAT, 
7. Company profile (experience, structure and partnership, continuing education policy), 
8. Methodology (reflecting clear understanding of the terms of references and USAID guidelines);  
9. Planning (reviews, field visits, timing)  
10. Reference of similar audits performed in the past;  
11. The team proposed (education levels & diversity, experience and number)  
12. Comprehensive CVs and qualification of the team leader proposed;

Notice:  

1. Offers deposited with delay will not be accepted 
2. Inconsistent offers will be rejected from bid analysis 
3. Only successful bidders will be notified and DUHAMIC-ADRI reserves the right to reject any of the bids with the cost beyond the limits of available resources
