Public Tender Announcement For Supplying One (1) Vehicle
DUH aranira AM ajyambere y' Icyaro is a local non-profit organization based in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, Kicukiro District, Niboyi Sector.
Duhamic-Adri is implementing a five-year PEPFAR/USAID Project named “ODA” (the THRIVE Orphans and Vulnerable Children _OVC Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe_ DREAMS Activity) in all sectors of Nyarugenge and Muhanga Districts.
Under this program DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all interested bidders to apply for supplying 1 vehicle as illustrated in the table below:

The prices proposed by each bidder will incorporate all taxes (Taxes Inclusive). Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary no later than Wednesday 9th November 2022 at 10:00 am (Kigali Time). The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the DUHAMIC ADRI in Niboye Kicukiro District.
