GIZ Rwanda Country office would like to rent office space for its projects operating in the southern region as per specifications below:

Preference: Commercial building designed for offices with conducive working / office environment (less noise).
At least 8 rooms of 18 Sqm each room
2 conference rooms min 25 Sqm each
Toilets: at least three
1 storeroom
Sufficient and quality sanitation (kitchen, quality plumbing and access to water)
Parking space: at least for 7 to 8 cars
Utilities: permanent availability of water and electricity (back up generator and or space for it)
High speed internet infrastructure: Available & ready for connection
Accessibility: Easily accessible (connected to roads network)
Payment terms: May be every quarterly or Semi-annual as may be agreed on
Contract proposed Duration: 01 June 2023 to 31 December 2026:
