2.Requirements
Bidders shall submit the following documentation in the bid document:
1. Cover Letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of BRD clearly indicating lot number that the bidder is bidding for.
2. Valid tax clearance certificate.
3. Certificate of Company Incorporation if the bidder is an entity.
4. At least 3 letters of recommendation from a reputable institution for the interested lot.
5. Sample of main products for Lot 1&3 specified in ToR.
6. Fill, signed and submission of application form for establishing business relationship with political exposed person (PEP form with all information requested).
7. Financial proposal expressed in rates card with a list of services for the interested lot.

8. Detailed profile of the bidder(s)
All Interested bidders are invited to download the full Terms of Reference to be filled on https://www.brd.rw/#ourpublications. Further information can be submitted at the following email addresses: procurement@brd.rw and copying to the brd@brd.rw during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm).
3.Submission of EoI
The expression of interest must be submitted to the following address: procurement@brd.rw and copying to the brd@brd.rw not later than 29/03/2023 at 5:00pm Kigali time (GMT +2).

4.Selection process
The successful bidders will be the ones who meet the requirement and shall be invited in negotiation on rates card submitted. For each lot, the bank plans to select at least three firms/ suppliers where possible.
5.Duration of the framework contract
The contract duration will be Three (03) years and may be renewed upon mutual consent.
