Design and Development of the African Centre for School Leadership (ACSL) Visual Identity and Website tender at VVOB Rwanda

In 2021, VVOB in partnership with the government of Rwanda and other partners established the African Centre for School Leadership (ACSL) to address the diverse challenges in education systems in Africa and to ignite the potential of school leadership to improve the quality of education.

The Centre aims to collaborate with governments and governmental agencies in the education sector to build a supportive school leadership system to improve teaching and learning outcomes. The Centre will set up partnerships with educational policy makers and school leaders’ professional development providers in the following Focus Areas (FA):  

  • FA1: The development of school leadership policies and guidelines.
  • FA2: The development and delivery of professional development offerings for school leaders. 
  • FA3: Monitoring, evaluation and research on the effectiveness and impact of school leadership and school leadership development. 
  • FA4: Knowledge mobilisation and advocacy on the role of effective school leadership as well as support on sector coordination on the promotion of effective school leadership.

VVOB is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to design and develop a visual identity for the Centre as well as a website for the Centre.

Budget range: The estimated budget for this procurement is 16,000 USD (sixteen thousand only) including VAT.
