JOB DETAILS:

Role:
• A facility engineer has a general role of making sure datacenter energy and environment facilities are highly available.

Responsibilities
•Manage physical assets of a datacenter energy and environment facility. •Daily monitoring of energy and environment facility.
Check alerting of all hardware in a datacenter and escalate.
•Ensuring all facility resources availability of 99.982%. Manage datacenter collocation assets.
Reporting to line manager in a timely fashion.
IT equipment level 1 support.
•Perform related duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Values.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill and qualification:
3+ years of Experience in information Technologies or electronic related fields.
Diploma in the electricity, electronics or related fields
•Must be of good standing with the law.
•Must be respectful to workmates and must be an exemplary team player.
•Must possess ability to manage stress and work in highly demanding and stressful situations.



Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
