Purpose and Objective
Heifer Rwanda seeks to hire a consultant company to conduct an outcome monitoring surveys for the RDDP and PRISM projects through which the findings will establish the performance of the project, particularly the impact of social mobilization and graduation of vulnerable households’ sub-component.
