JOB DETAILS:
As expert in supply chain and the distribution of healthcare solutions, the UbiPharm Group works every day to facilitate access to healthcare solutions in Africa and Overseas France.
As seventeenth subsidiary of UbiPharm group, we are a leading wholesale pharmacy dealing with importation, promotion and distribution of healthcare commodities (pharmaceutical products, dermo-cosmetics, infant milks and medical devices).

Tasks and responsibilities
• Planning and supervising the medical representatives team
• Responsible for training and recruiting medical representatives
• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on : realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force ; and sales promotion program plans
• Develop strategies to achieve objectives
• Organize and attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Guide and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback

Qualifications and Experiences
• University graduate with science background is mandatory
• Diploma in Pharmacy will be an added value
• A graduation in Marketing or equivalent is an added advantage
• At least 5 (five) years proven experience as Medical Representative and/or Medical Sales Supervisor
• Experience in mass distribution market will be an added advantage for Division 002
• Good in English, French : both speaking and written

Personal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team, and to contribute to build a team spirit
• Strong skills in strategic planning, project monitoring and evaluation.
• Ideal candidate must be innovative, understand the health sector and be key players in the industry
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistics and data analysis methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, very good report writing skills.
• Good computer skills, and familiarity with current software (MS office…)

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
