BACKGROUND:

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") is a licensed financial services operator in Rwanda, and is a member of the KCB Group, a leading financial services company in the East African region renowned for its diversity and growth.

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc wishes to invite interested Individuals or Companies to the Public Auction of the Bank's Real Estate Properties located in Rubavu and Gasabo District. The Properties to be sold include Commercial House and Agricultural Property. This RFQ is offered on an open tendering basis.

TENDER NO: BPR/CREDIT-RECOVERY/JUNE/2024/SELLING OF THE BANK's REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Interested and eligible Individuals or Companies are invited to submit their offers in well-sealed envelopes to BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Head office not later than Tuesday, 25th June 2024 at 3:00 PM, addressed to the Head of Procurement. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30 PM local time at BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from BPR Bank Rwanda Plc Head Office on the 9th Floor in Procurement Office during working hours, starting from 13th June 2024, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM after depositing a non-refundable fee of Rwf 20,000 deposited on a BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. A/C No. 4410012665.
