Swiss TPH Rwanda hereby invites national bidders for the renovations and supply of equipment to 15 youth spaces located in Rusizi, Nyamasheke and Karongi. This opportunity is open to all companies specialized in the field of interior and exterior designing. We would like to request your best and final offer (BAFO) in Rwandan Francs (RWF) for the following services:
Type:
Renovation and supply of furniture and equipment for youth spaces as follows:
Renovation and interior designing for 15 youth spaces located in in Nyamasheke (3 youth spaces), Rusizi (6 youth spaces) and Karongi (6 youth spaces)
Renovation, upgrading and exterior designing of the of basketball, football and volleyball play grounds in Nyamasheke
Supply of office furniture for offices at district level in each district including laptops, office tables and chairs, printers and extension cables
Supply of furniture including tables, chairs, side boards, flat screens, sound systems, ventilator fans and extension cables for 15 youth spaces located in in Nyamasheke (3 youth spaces), Rusizi (6 youth spaces) and Karongi (6 youth spaces)

The service provider will provide all services at the designated facilities as follows:
• Nyamasheke
o Youth space: Renovation, upgrading and exterior designing of the basketball, playgrounds, handball nets.
o Youth spaces in Nyabitekeri, Kyato and Rangiro - supply of furniture including 75 plastic chairs, 3 tables, and 3 sideboards; as well as electrical appliances such as flat screens, 3 mobile sound systems, ventilator fans, and extension cables.
o Office furniture and appliances: 6 office tables and chairs, 6 laptops, 1 printer, 1 extension cable
o Youth spaces in Nyabitekeri, Kyato and Rangiro - exterior designing including painting, repairs of floors and ceilings (3 meeting room), installation of curtains, as well as 3 TV and 3 mobile sound system cages as necessary.
• Karongi
o Youth spaces in Mutuntu, Twumba, Murambi, Ruganda, Rubengera, Mubuga - supply of furniture including 150 plastic chairs,6 tables, and sideboards; as well as electrical appliances such as 6 flat screens, 6 mobile sound systems, 12 ventilator fans, and extension cables.
o Office furniture and appliances: 6 office tables and chairs, 6 laptops, 1 printer, 1 extension cable
o Youth spaces at the health centers in Mutuntu, Twumba, Murambi, Ruganda, Rubengera, Mubuga - external designing including painting (6 meeting room around 25m2), repairs of floors and ceilings, installation of curtains, as well as TV and sound system cages as necessary.
• Rusizi
o Youth spaces in Bugarama, Nkungu, Nyakabuye, Bweyeye, Butare, Gikundamvura - supply of furniture including plastic 150 plastic chairs, 6 tables, and sideboards; external designing including painting such as flat screens (6 meeting room), 6 sound systems, 12 ventilator fans, and extension cables.
• Office furniture and appliances: 6 office tables and chairs, 6 laptops, 1 printer, 1 extension cable
• Youth spaces in Bugarama, Nkungu, Nyakabuye, Bweyeye, Butare, Gikundamvura - interior designing including painting (6 meeting room), repairs of floors and ceilings, installation of curtains, as well as 6 TV and 6 sound system cages as necessary.

Payment:
Payment will be affected within 15 days from the provision of the invoice by the supplier and all supporting documents i.e., commercial invoice, tax invoice, signed receipts by Swiss TPH as well as proof of service.

Financial proposal is required for the provision of Renovation and supply of furniture and equipment for youth spaces according to the details listed above.

Pertinent information:
• Previous experience providing a similar service (Recommendation letter at least three from year 2019 up to now).
• Provide a list of three (3) references with contact numbers and email addresses.
• Provide a company profile with at least three (3) top management personnel,
• Having worked with Swiss TPH previously is an added advantage
• The bids must be sent as one PDF document.

The Swiss TPH reserves the right to accept the whole offer or to cancel the tender.
Please note that Swiss TPH is not bound to select any of the firm’s submitting bids and does not bind itself in any way to select the firm offering the lowest price. Furthermore, the contract will be awarded to the bid considered most responsive to the needs, as well as conforming to Swiss TPH’s general principles, including economy, efficiency, and best value for money. Should your offer be accepted, you will be required to sign, stamp the contract, and return a copy confirming your acceptance of the agreed to terms and conditions.

Validity:
Your offer must remain valid until 18 May 2023 before which a framework agreement, if placed, should be accepted by you.
