What We Do With The BioNTainers
We want to improve healthcare by making our innovations accessible worldwide. Therefore, we developed the first modular mRNA-manufacturing facilities based on a container solution called “BioNTainers”. The aim is to build a regional manufacturing network in Africa, with Africa, for Africa.


Why We Need You
The BioNTainers will be equipped to produce a range of mRNA-based vaccines targeted towards the needs of African Union member states. You will become part of the regional staffing team, driving the establishment of the regional African end-to-end mRNA manufacturing network.


Director* Engineering and Maintenance
Along with the growth of BioNTechs global footprint, we are staffing a new site engineering
team. The site engineering is in charge to host and execute the local repair, maintenance,
calibration, qualification and automation.

The site engineering team ensures equipment availability in GMP compliant manner. The
mRNA manufacturing suites and its periphery are automated (PCS 7 SIEMENS for Pro-

cess, BMS, EMS, MES) and host standard biotech unit operations (AHUs, Bioreactors, TFF, Filtration skids, etc. pp.).

Your Main Responsibilities Are
• Leading the site engineering team to ensure full equipment availability for mRNA vaccine manufacturing along the equipment life-cycle (from support of current CAPEX projects [design, build and qualify an mRNA manufacturing facility] to full operational use
• Overall responsible to manage team for repair, maintenance and calibration
• Site business process owner for engineering
• Ensure full equipment availability according to cGMP guidelines
• Build and grow the engineering team on site

Education
What you have to offer.
• Completed academic degree (B.Sc./M Sc.) with major in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or biotechnology

Heavy Equipment Electrician
Magerwa Ltd would like to recruit qualified and experienced Heavy Equipment Electrician.
Job Profile
• Perform diagnostic/ fault finding and repair of all electrical problems
• Answer trouble calls of all equipment having problem at any time
• Performs repair of component parts such as the battery charging alternator, starter monitor and other Electrical components.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of machine
• Prepare the job card for daily assignment given by the supervisor
• Perform other duties as required by his/her supervisor

Requirements and qualifications
• Hold a diploma (A1) from a recognised technical college/IPRC.
• Must possess at least 3 years working experience on Heavy equipment such as mobile cranes, Reach stackers, forklift, and Trucks
• Must know how to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Should be able to communicate in English.
• Computer skills (Word and Excel)
• The candidates must be Rwandan Citizens

Job description
• Organize and implement work programs in urban planning, land development, topographic and cadastral work
• Organize and execute the cadastral procedures for the establishment by the District Hospital services convincing of land and concession regular and long-term leases;
• Develop the urban master plans and land use plans
• Organize and implement the topographic and cadastral operations necessary for the implementation of infrastructure works.
