Qssr-Cci Global-Trainer
CCI Kenya is a fast-growing organization that demonstrates agility and is always prepared ahead of time. As we grow, we plan to invest in our workforce and empower them with critical interpersonal skills, soft skills, and behavioral training programs.

We are looking for a product and skills trainer/coach who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the training programs. Coaching, training delivery, and facilitation of product and soft skills training will account for approximately 70% of the workload.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Facilitation and Training Delivery
• Deliver interpersonal and product/soft skills training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role plays, and experiential learning that empowers trainees to interact with clients and teams.
• Facilitate sessions for both verbal as well as written skills
• Conduct live weekly learning sessions and events, for example, coaching circles and study groups.
• Monitor participant engagement and learning curve and implement appropriate strategies to boost skills and learner engagement.
• Grade participants’ portfolios and give meaningful feedback on how they can improve.

Analyzing and Defining Learning Gap/Opportunity
• Establish instructional goals, success metrics, and overall objectives.
• Audience analysis: identify information regarding the learner such as the learning environment, preferences, existing knowledge, and skills.
• Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level.
• Participates in strategic planning sessions to design learning and development strategies and roadmaps for people skilling.
• Conducts training needs assessments against current and future training to deliver optimal results.
• Communicate with Upstream program staff to understand agency successes, challenges, workflow, and other contexts relevant for Coaching Skills Training sessions
• Monitor coach progress and performance from the LMS (Learning Management System)
• Designing Learning Solutions

I. Set learning objectives, instructional methods and activities, storyboards, content, subject matter knowledge, lesson outlines, and media assets.


Developing or Curating Instructional Content
• In collaboration with functional teams, project teams, trainers and technical team, develop training courses and schedule training delivery.

• Curate instructional content, for example, diagnostic assessments, role plays, case studies, and performance support tools that align to the desired learning or behavioural outcome.

• Evaluating Training Effectiveness and Impact
I. Measure the impact of the training programs using pre-designed tools and communicate results to key stakeholders.

• Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
• Trainer should possess a variety of skill sets including time management, multi-tasking, interpersonal, problem-solving ability, conflict management, presentation skill, communication and listening skills, leadership skills, team building and adaptability to move through changes.
• Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive. 9. Perform other duties related to training as needed. Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in training delivery of product or soft skills programs.
• Thorough knowledge of instructional design models and processes, for example, ADDIE, SAM, and Backward Design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, designing, and developing instructional content for soft skills.

• Exemplary in facilitating live learning events in face-to-face and/or virtual environments.
• Proficient in recognizing individual learning needs and developing strategies to address the gaps.
• Proficient in using participant data to customize instruction design to suit learners
• Exemplary written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple campaigns and delivering results under prescribed deadlines.

Education Officers World Vision Rwanda is a Child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 30 Districts of Rwanda. World Vision Rwanda seeks to hire four highly qualified, dedicated, and experienced national for the position of Education Officer. The position will be based in Mahama Refugee Camp-Kirehe District reporting to the Education in Emergency Manager. Purpose of the position: The purpose of the post is to effectively implement and respond to the educational needs of School- going age children within Mahama Refugee Camps. To manage and maintain data and information systems that support the smooth implementation of education for pupils/students in a refugee setting. The role will also include overseeing data relating to the numbers of children attending ECDs, children with special needs, and school feeding as well as the numbers of children dropping out of school in both primary and secondary schools within and outside the Camp. The EIE manager will represent WVR at the camp and Local administration in the vicinity of the camp.

Major Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Support ECD caregivers and liaise with them to report children’s attendance daily
• Distribute scholastic materials and uniforms to children in school
• Conduct sensitization meetings for students on the importance of education
• Support the Camp project team to make requests needed in the provision
• Perform any other activity as requested by the immediate Supervisor
• All ECD activities coordinated
• ECD caregivers supported
• Distribution of scholastic materials completed
• Parents sensitized on the importance of education and positive parenting
• Support all project activities when necessary 30 Data Management
• Monitor and report pupil/students records; i.e attendance, performance, dropout, etc
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports and submit them to the project managers
• Compile data and present quality statistics that meet user needs and contribute to decision-making;
• Keeping the data as up-to-date as possible
• Students ‘attendance is monitored and reported.
• Managing education camp data and report
• Compilation and data updating
• Provide support to school feeding of ECD, Primary and secondary school children
• Ensure timely payments of money for school feeding and school fees for students in secondary school.
• Liaise with school head teachers and ECD caregivers to ensure refugee children get food and provide a report on school feeding issues daily with suggestions on how to mitigate those issues
• Proper monitoring of ECD porridge ingredients and monitoring of secondary school feeding.
• Process secondary school feeding payments.
• Report ECD and secondary school feeding status. 20 Child Protection
• Liaise with other child protection partners in the camp to prevent, mitigate and respond to children’s risks
• Do regular reporting on the progress of psycho-social and child protection support services
• Participate in child protection (CP) meetings, Should be the school’s focal person in preventing, mitigating, and responding to child abuse, violence, exploitation, and neglect.
• Collaboration with partners to mitigate and respond to children’s protection issues.
• Provide psychosocial support to children in need.
• Represent WV and participate in Child protection meetings. 20 Special needs education
• Liaise with care ECD caregivers, Headteachers of Primary and Secondary schools to identify children with special needs
• Report cases of children with special needs as they arise
• Link children with special needs with other partners such as Humanity and Inclusion
• Collaboration with concerned stakeholders to identify children with special needs
. • Being aware of all special needs cases in camp and reporting them
• Support and refer when necessary special needs cases.
