Provision of Audit for IPA Annual accounts
Background: IPA is a research and policy Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that discovers and promotes effective solutions to global poverty problems. IPA designs, rigorously evaluates and refines these solutions and their applications together with researchers and local decision makers, ensuring evidence is used to improve the lives of the world’s poor. Since being founded in 2002, IPA has worked with over 400 leading academics to conduct over 500 evaluations in 51 countries.
IPA Rwanda was established in 2013 and has multiple active projects spanning Education, Agriculture, Finance, and Health. IPA Rwanda predominantly implements randomized evaluations in collaboration with the academics, the Government of Rwanda and other development NGOs to evaluate the impact of new development concepts to help inform future government policy and development projects.

IPA Rwanda has restricted grant income of approximately 1.2- 1.4m USD per year.

1. The Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd (hereinafter called “Client”) received financing from Government of Rwanda, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in Food concentrates field to submit their offers for the TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF TRACTORS AND IMPLEMENTS. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or Agro dealers specialized in the field.
2. Tender Documents in English may be obtained on any working day and hours from Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd (GAH Ltd) Office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Rwf) paid to the account No. 100084141687 of GABIRO HUB REVENUE ACCOUNT opened in Bank of Kigali (BK).

Submission Procedure
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Managing Director of Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd, through the email of This email address is being protected from spambots. 4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach, in sealed envelopes to the reception desk of GAH Ltd Office located at KG17 AV, Gisimenti, Remera, in the building known as HALLMARK CENTRE, in ground floor, not later than January 4th, 2023 at 02:00 pm. Electronic bidding shall not be allowed. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Six Million Two hundred thirty Thousand Rwandan Francs (6,230,000 Rwf) or its equivalent freely convertible in Rwandan Francs or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency.
6. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline.
7. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or of their representatives who choose to attend in person at GAH Ltd Office, on January 04th, 2023 at 03:00pm.
8. Bids will be opened in accordance with the law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing Public Procurement.
