Talent Acquisition Manager at Management Sciences for Health (MSH)
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking a Chief of Party for an expected 5-year, up to $25 million, health systems strengthening (HSS) project in Rwanda. The purpose of this USAID-funded THRIVE Health System Strengthening Next (HSS Next) activity is to improve the resilience of the Rwandan health system and optimize resources to sustain quality services and equitable health outcomes for all Rwandans. The specific objectives of the HSS Next Activity include (1) Health financing optimized to enable equitable access to high quality health services without financial hardship; (2) Leadership, management, and governance (LMG) strengthened at all levels to improve quality and efficiency; and (3) Health workforce management strengthened to improve quality of health services.
This position is subject to project award and funding.

Overall Responsibilities
The Chief of Party leads and manages the project and is accountable for project deliverables and results, with full accountability and authority for the development, execution, and monitoring of the project, including vision and technical strategy; project management; documentation and communication; client(s) stakeholder(s) relationships; and coordination and synergy with other MSH projects. This accountability includes effective contribution to business and resource development activities - including positioning, intelligence gathering, and proposal development - that contribute to fueling MSH’s mission.

Overview of role
CHAI is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as Operations Manager to provide program management and finance support to CHAI’s global malaria and NTDs program (GMAL). This position will help ensure smooth programmatic operations, lead coordination of donor reporting, provide effective oversight of GMAL procedures and policies, work closely with the Associate Finance Director to support financial management and budgeting, and manage the Senior Program Coordinator on the team. A successful candidate will be highly motivated and hard working with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. This position will report to GMAL’s Director of Operations.
