Our client, a leader in Sinotruk & XCMG product is looking for Professional and Hardworking individuals with a good understanding of the sales process to work with the Congo Market and comfortable with both English and French.
Responsibilities
1. Familiar with the company's products and services, responsible for answering customers' questions, reaching sales targets to maintain and develop new sales channels and new customers
2. Introduce the company's latest product information to customers in a timely manner, actively participate in the organization of regular learning and training, promote the company's development to customers, and maintain good communication with customers
3. Visit customers regularly, keep abreast of their needs, understand their status and provide thoughtful service to them
4. Complete the reporting of the sales data assigned by the company
5. Maintain good communication with customers and grasp their needs in real time. Provide active, enthusiastic, satisfactory and considerate service to customers
6. According to the company's products, prices and market strategies, independently deal with inquiries, quotations, negotiation of contract terms and contract signing and other matters. In the process of implementing the contract, coordinate and supervise the operation of the company's functional departments.
7. Responsible for the return of the company's vehicles
8. Complete CRM system tasks in a timely and accurate manner
9. Complete other work temporarily assigned by the leadership
10. Both fluent in French and English

About the Role
In this role, you will identify new B2B opportunities to increase OAF's financial sustainability, consolidate strategic partnerships and assist in the implementation and execution of partnership initiatives. With strong results, you will grow quickly within the role. You will work under the Products team, a growing team of 8 individuals passionate about providing excellent products and services to our clients. You will be reporting directly to the Product Team Lead, and you manage one team member, the B2B Ventures Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Business Development (40%)
• Identify new B2B business opportunities to increase OAF's financial sustainability
• Build knowledge on market opportunities, competitors, suppliers and service providers in the food systems/renewable energy ecosystem
• Draft business/partnership proposals and pitch decks for internal and external use (low to medium strategic importance)
• Align with colleagues for decisions of low to medium complexity related to the above, and follow up accordingly
Partnership Management (40%)
• Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with clients and leads (low to medium strategic importance)
• Draft and updates written agreements with clients (for further revision as required)
• Develop tools (training, decks, reports) for clients based on needs
Initiative Implementation and Execution (20%)
• Assist field and support teams in the execution of B2B strategies and activities as required
• Align with a internal stakeholders for decisions of low to medium complexity related to the above, and follow up accordingly

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
• 3 or more years of experience in one or more of the following fields: sales & marketing, business development, entrepreneurship and/or partnerships.
• Experience in the Rwanda livestock/renewables/ag ecosystem, products and markets (at least some, others can be learnt)
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals
• Excellent partnership development and management skills
• Strong sales attitude
• Developed innovative mindset
• Solid data analysis skills
• Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda
