The Passenger Experience Intern supports the delivery of a seamless and positive experience for passengers throughout their journey at the airport.
The Intern assist passengers, monitor service quality, resolve customer issues, and work closely with airlines, security, and ground handling teams to ensure high standards of passenger service, comfort, and accessibility.
