Presentation Of Inades-Formation Rwanda
Inades-Formation Rwanda is a non-governmental organization under Rwandan law. It belongs to a Pan-African network, Inades-Formation, which is currently established in ten countries: Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Congo (DRC), Ivory Coast, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Chad, Togo.
Inades-Formation is the common name of “African Institute for Economic and Social Development – African Training Center”. Inades-Formation Rwanda was created in 1976.
It obtained legal personality by Ministerial Order No. 119 of August 22, 1977, revised by Ministerial Order No. 75/11 of April 18, 2006. Since May 29, 2013, Inades-Formation Rwanda is officially recognized as a national NGO in accordance with Law No. 04/2012 of 17/02/2012 governing the creation and functioning of NGOs in Rwanda and has received official approval from the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB).

Tender documents must include:
1. A registration certificate issued by RDB;
2. A certificate of non-debt issued by RRA
3. Proforma invoice indicating the price per kilo and the total price for each type of seed;


Deadline For Submission Of Tender Documents
All suppliers (improved seed traders, companies and individuals) with experience in the delivery of these agriculture inputs are invited to present under closed cover the required documents not later than August 19, 2022, at 3:00 pm to the office of Inades-Formation Rwanda located in Remera at near the Christus center. The opening will be made at 4:00 pm in the meeting room of Inades-Formation Rwanda, in the presence of the tenderers who want it or their representatives.
