INVITATION TO TENDER N°: BPR/IT/APRIL/2024

BACKGROUND:

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") is a licensed financial services operator in Rwanda, and is a member of the KCB Group, a leading financial services company in the East African region renowned for its diversity and growth.

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc wishes to invite interested companies for the upgrade of BPR Bank Datacenter Monitoring system. This RFP is offered on an open tendering basis. TENDER No BPR/IT/APRIL/2024: Upgrade of BPR Bank Datacenter Monitoring System

Interested and eligible Companies are invited to submit their Technical and Financial bids in well-sealed envelopes to BPR PLC Headquarters not later than Monday, 13th May 2024 at 3:00 PM, addressed to the Procurement Manager. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30 PM local time in BPR PLC Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from BPR Bank Rwanda Plc Head Office on the 9th Floor in Procurement Office during working hours, starting from 29th April 2024, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM after depositing a non-refundable fee of Rwf 20,000 deposited on a BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. A/C No. 4410012665.
