You are invited to compete for the item listed in the table with specifications above as part of this tender notice and the following conditions must be fulfilled in the quotation document:
- Submit and specify all brands with the price that are available in your store
- Submit the financial offer
- Specifying the possible maximum time for delivery
- Clarifying the validity of the offer
- Specifying if the prices are with VAT inclusive or exclusive
- Submit a copy of the company’s trading license
- Submit certified tax clearance certificate
- Submit company’s VAT registration
- Submit 3 References (Companies, contact emails and telephones) and 2 copies of the completion certificates for the similarly activities
Bid written in French or English addressed to the attention of the CRS / Rwanda Program Country Representative must be submitted to the following e-mail address: Rwandabids@crs.org on or before July 26, 2022 at 03:00 P.M.
All bidders are advised that this tender does not constitute in any way a commitment on the part of CRS or its agents, for any service requested.
