Duhamic Adri is a non-profit association (asbl) of Rwandan that was founded in 1980 by a group of Rwandans with the objective of helping farmers to organize themselves to fight against the constraints of the marginalization of rural areas. DUHAMIC-ADRI, in partnership with European Union funding through Oxfam in Rwanda, is implementing a 4-years project since January, 2020. The project named “Sustainable livelihoods in horticulture value chains” aims to unlock the potential of Rwanda’s horticulture value chains, ensuring sustainable supply of safe and high quality products to local, regional and international markets. The project objectives will be achieved by applying inclusive business approaches that combine private sector development with inclusive growth objectives. Furthermore, the project will reduce food losses and increase value chain efficiencies, improve food safety, promote inclusion of entrepreneurial small holders and use climate smart technologies. As part of project, farmers are supposed to be supported with the 1st generation seedlings of chilli.

Eligible bidders should fulfill the following requirements:
• Proven experience in providing quality chilli seeds
• Copy of trading certificate
• Tax clearance certificate
• Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM)
• Be ready to supply no later than 2 days from the date of receiving the purchase order

Submission Procedure
The application files (bids) will include the following:
• Transmission letter addressed to executive secretary of DUHAMIC ADRI
• Financial proposal
• RDB registration certificate
• Tax clearance certificate provided by RRA
• RSSB clearance certificate
• Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM)

Bids must be submitted not later than 28th, July 2022 at 9:00 AM at DUHAMIC ADRI head office located in Kigali/Kicukiro Niboye. Please note that late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
