JOB DETAILS:
Operations Associate (contractor)
Who we are:
We are a team of entrepreneurs, engineers and scientists, all brought together with a shared passion for both reversing climate breakdown & restoring our planet. We have access to some of the world’s leading NbS scientists through our independent scientific board of 8 experts who support our decision-making & provide oversight and advice on project selection and verification.

Your work will be critical to the success of Earthly and will include:
• Working closely with the CFO and other executives to support core strategy and operations processes
• Developing interactive dashboards and data analytics tools to support transparency and communication across the team
• Facilitate communication across the team, ensuring that information flows in a timely and useful manner
• Helping to maintain our dynamic, tight-knit, transparent team culture by ensuring a successful onboarding process for new joiners and helping organise social and other events Relevant candidates will likely have:
• Education - Secondary school education on their way to completing a Bachelor's or equivalent, or have recently graduated from a Bachelor's program
• Preferred -Good understanding of climate issues and passionate about making a lasting difference.
• Preferred – Highly organised and detail oriented
• Skills & Abilities - Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset; sense of responsibility with a willingness to take initiative and work independently; A data-driven approach to analysis; Know-how of relevant data analysis and visualisation tools; Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;

The best candidates will be able to demonstrate:
• A self-starter nature who thrives in fast-paced environments and energetic roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience developing data analytics and visualisation
• An eagerness to continuously learn about new industries, technologies, and strategies.
