Jhpiego intends to hire an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the subscription and provision of fast and stable Office Internet Connectivity of 20Mbps dedicated, for a period of one year renewable. Interested and prospective ISPs are encouraged to visit our Offices in Remera during working days and hours, KN 5 Road 428, Umuyenzi Plaza, 2nd floor, Tel. +250 788 381 188 to inspect existing internet facilities for better preparation of their offers. ISPs are required to quote for:
• Configuration-One Time Pay fee
• Office Internet Connectivity fee-Monthly fee, all-inclusive any applicable tax

Submission Procedure
Interested and prospective ISPs are required to submit together with their offers:
• Valid RURA License Certificate,
• Company profile,
• Trading License/RDB Registration Certificate
• A valid tax clearance certificate,
• A valid Social Security certificate
• & at least two (2) recommendation letters or good completion certificates of similar services rendered from reputable Institutions.

A duly signed and stamped offer by the authorized/representative must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and should be addressed to the Senior Finance and Administration Manager/JHPIEGO–Rwanda by not later than 05/08/2022 at 2:00 PM Local time.
All related inquiries to this tender should be in writing and will be addressed to John.Mahirwe@jhpiego.org with a copy to laurentine.nyinawumwami@jhpiego.org, and will be accepted until 4 days before the submission deadline.

Qualification and selection of the ISP’s best offer will be based mainly on completeness of the offer to the above-required documents, its past experience, and record, to the offered internet connectivity as well as its competitive price.
