JOB DETAILS:

Level:7.III
Job description
• Follow up load scheduling for multi- drop deliveries.
• Booking in deliveries and liaising with donors.
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport in case of hiring.
• Manage sub- contractors (MoU) and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
• Preparing the plan of activities relating to the use of vehicles;
• Follow up on maintenance and vehicles fuel consumption.
• Purchase supplies to the ceiling of the institutional petty cash ;
• Manage all activities related to fleet cars;
• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicle
• Organize and manage effectively a team of drivers and vehicles.
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
• Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories.
• Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene,
• Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital,
• Submit monthly, quarterly and annually activity report to the supervisor,
• Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences
0 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences
0 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science
0 Year of relevant experience
• Master’s Degree in Laboratory Science
0 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with a registration certificate and a valid license to practice laboratory by the council in Rwanda
0 Year of relevant experience
• Master’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
0 Year of relevant experience
