Facilities Manager / Property Manager
Overview
We’re seeking an experienced facilities or property management professional to join us as Facility Manager. This role oversees several properties for YNV Group operations, including office spaces, residential buildings, and hospitality venues. You will ensure that our buildings and facilities stay well-maintained, always prioritizing timely response to the needs and concerns of our tenants. The Facility Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all maintenance needed to improve the operation. You will support the global real estate team who oversees properties in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

This role will:
• Oversee ongoing preventive maintenance and contract management including HVAC, CCTV, pest control, backup systems, fire suppression, access control, and generators.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all facility issues.
• Conduct all audits and inspections necessary to maintain building operations.
• Manage all remodeling project expenditures for office expansion and repairs.
• Prepare yearly preventive maintenance budgets and log all maintenance events.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis reports for all system failures and implement procedures to prevent recurrence.
• Supervise and coordinate monthly utilities and service requests like cleaning, security, maintenance, health, and safety.
• Maintain supplier and contractor database.
• Oversee fixed asset control and audit inventory yearly.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborate globally on property strategy and construction projects.
• Identify areas of operational cost savings and implement new processes.">
Qualifications
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
• At least 5 years of experience in facility or property management or related experience
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Demonstrated relevant administrative experience
• Attention to detail and excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Creativity, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-obsession with excellent communication skills and a drive to exceed expectations
• Seniority level">
