Job description
• Conduct certification audits for management systems
• Conducting surveillance audits
• Complaint handling on service and certified clients
• Receiving complaints,
• Processing Complaints
• Follow up complaint and effectively close the complaint,
• Close complaints and give feedback
• Participate in system development, maintenance and improvement
• Training, auditing and participation in technical committees
• Reporting HACCP/FSMS activities on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology
