Right To Play hereby invites all eligible national bidders who are qualified and reputable security company, to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide security services to Right To Play program locations for year 2022-2023.

Description of the Tender
Right to Play would seeks to recruit a security company which shall provide security service for the protection of client personnel, assets, and facilities to prevent unauthorized access.
The successful bidder shall be contracted for a period of one year. The contract will be awarded to bidder who will meet all minimum requirements and clearly demonstrates a high degree of experience with ability and competency. The service will start from the day of signing the contract between Right To Play and the successful bidder.

The key responsibility shall include but not limited to the following:
• Provide unarmed, uniformed, qualified and trained security personnel with at least two years of experience in the field of security
• Make sure that the personnel allocate to RTP premises have not been convicted of a crime or greave breach of international humanitarian law, nor a person against whom such a proceeding is pending.
• Company will provide the guards at all RTP offices for a period of 24 hours each day, seven days.

The key responsibilities of the security guards will include:
• The control of visitors access to the premises
• The check of vehicles accessing the premises
• The surveillance and patrolling of the premises to avoid any intrusion and attack on person or property.

Submission of Bidding Documents
The bidder must submit the following documents:
1. Letter of interest addressed to the Country Director of Right To Play
2. Company profile (Physical address, e-mail and contacts.)
3. Company registration certificate
4. Valid license certificate issued by Rwanda National Police
5. Valid tax registration certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
6. Valid clearance certificate from RSSB
7. Valid tax clearance certificate and proof of EBM use from Rwanda Revenue Authority.
8. Having at least 2 years of experience in the field
9. Reference from former or current clients for past 2 years.

Submission Procedure
Interested companies are requested to submit their bidding documents to Right To Play Rwanda via rwandaprocurement@righttoplay.com. The subject of your e-mail must entitled “Expression Of Interest For The Provision Of Security Services To Right To Play Rwanda For 2022/2023”
The deadline for bidders to start submitting their bids is from 10th August to 31st August 2022 not later than 17:00 PM local hour. Bids that will be submitted after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
Right to Play reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate
