About the Role
• The Administration Coordinator will Support the successful completion of the aim of the Seed Centre at RICA through administration of professional courses, supporting seed center staff and partner organizations.

Responsibilities
• You will Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth delivery of the Seed Technology and Business (STB) Professional course
• Event coordination support to Seed Centre and seed sector civil society
• Communication support to the Seed Centre and partner organizations
• You will Perform other office management related tasks.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
• 1+ years background in office management, hospitality, events, or marketing.
• Skills in google suites applications
• Knowledge: customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Skills: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Interpersonal , Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Bachelor's degree in communication and other related fields
