The National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the following tenders:

1. Maintenance of firefighting and fire detection equipment 18/F/2022-23/NOCB/CBS/BNR

Tender Documents may be obtained from Procurement Division upon presentation of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) to Account n° 1266500010001 named “BNR Current Account” opened at National Bank of Rwanda.
A non-compulsory site visit of the tender to supply and install speed stiles, and decommission old system is scheduled at BNR Headquarters on 30th November 2022 at 10:00 am.
All bids shall be accompanied by the required bid security in Rwandan Francs or equivalent in a convertible currency.

Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original, must reach the Procurement Division, KN 6 Avenue, 4, second floor not later than 30th December 2022 at 09:30 am local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at National Bank of Rwanda on the same date at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. All envelopes should clearly indicate the tender title and the name of bidder.
