Well typed bids written in English, suitably bound in 2 copies, including 1 (one) original and 2 (two) copies, clearly marked, " Asset Inventory, Valuation, Codification and Data Entry into SAP ERP System" must be deposited at the Procurement Office of UDL, 9th Floor, RSSB Building, Tower II and a soft copy of the entire bid via email: procurement@udliw; i.mutabazi@udl.rw not later than 31/08/2022 at 10:00am.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 31/08/2021 at 10:15 a.m. local time (08:15 a.m. GMT) in the Board Room of UDL HQ, 9th Floor /RSSB Building - Tower II. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the Deadline for Bid Submission prescribed above.
