World Relief Rwanda is implementing AISPR funded UNICEF, WFP and FAO support and accelerate the Government of Rwanda’s efforts for integrated social protection to end poverty in all its forms, leaving no one behind. The project will address community level interventions to ensure that innovative community mechanisms are in place to strengthen delivery of nutrition-sensitive, resilience-enhancing and adaptive social protection to vulnerable and food-insecure people, particularly in climate-shock prone areas, in a gender-sensitive way.

It is in this regard that we are looking for bidders to offer a financial proposal for the purchase of 129 smart telephone as described below:

TERMS OF REFERENCE AND CRITERIA OF ACCEPTABILITY
The company should clearly understand and respect the following:
• If a bid is won, not to change the prices presented in the bid during the distribution process. The prices should remain as they appear on the price quotation presented by the bidder to World Relief Rwanda until the contract execution is completed,
• If a bid won, should be ready to deliver all smart telephone immediately,
• The prices offered have to include all taxes; meaning that all taxes are under the bidder’s responsibility,
• Respect the item specification as stipulated in the technical specifications above,
• Respect the time of delivery as mentioned in the tender notice,
• Transportation of smart telephone to World Relief Rwanda head office is the bidder’s responsibility.

SELECTION CRITERIA
• The bidder should be legally registered in Rwanda Development Board.
• Affordable and real prices,
• Experience in similar tendering exercise,
• Remarkable service delivery;
• The bidder must have Electronic Billing Machine or E-Filling Tax Acknowledgement receipt of last year CIT-Corp. income tax. If not the deduction of withholding tax will be applied on the payment.
• The time for delivery should be immediately.

Interested bidders should submit the following documents:
• Financial proposal including taxes
• Bidder profile including contact and physical address.
• Proof of ownership of EBM machine or E-Filling Tax Acknowledgement receipt of last year CIT-Corp. income tax
• RDB Business Registration
• Provide references for similar work successfully completed for other organizations.

The tender document can also be obtained at reception of World Relief Rwanda upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs per lot (10,000 FRW/lot). This payment can be done to World Relief Rwanda bank account N° 00040-00321369-41 /FRW opened in Bank of Kigali.

Submission Procedure

We are pleased to inform all interested suppliers to submit well sealed bid documents clarifying the prices and the distribution plan at World Relief Rwanda, Kigali head office tender reference number: Nº 04/FY21/WRR, project name: AISPR.

The deadline for submission is August 16th, 2021 at 11:00AM. The opening session of the bid documents will take place on August 16th, 2021 at 11:30AM in the presence of candidates or their representatives at World Relief Rwanda offices in Kacyiru, KG 647 St.
