The African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is looking for potential and qualified companies to supply inputs and materials for setting up Community Gardens/Demonstration Plots in Nyaruguru, Gatsibo and Bugesera Districts. The details of the scope of work to be carried out at the sites are provided in Tender Document which is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (original and copy) should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than October 13, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:20 am.  

Bids must include: Cover letter, financial proposal and notarized certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance), proof of EBM Usage, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three recognized companies/Organizations.
