Job Responsibilities:
• Draft contracts for post graduate trainers;
• Handle all logistics related to the teaching of post graduate programs ;
• Arrange transport and accommodation of trainers;
• Organize internship for the students;
• Inspect training rooms and avail needed equipments to trainers;
• Control presence and regularity of lecturers
• Submit to the students, evaluation forms and collect them;
• Control the presence of the students during the teaching of modules;
• Receive students’ research topics;
• Deal of the supervisors and topics for research papers;
• Link students and their supervisors;
• Handle issues related to accommodation and catering for the trainers and students;
• To carry out any other administrative activities relating to the post graduate programs.
