AEE-Rwanda in partnership with Tearfund Rwanda is currently implementing the Catalyzing market prospects for horticulture smallholder farmers and small and medium enterprise in Rwanda Project. The project is funded by the European Union through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN) with technical support of NAEB. It is in this context that AEE-Rwanda is looking for a potential consultant (Individual or Company) who will conduct a comprehensive feasibility study that will present the current situation, gaps, possible and relevant value addition and processing needed and related feasibility.

The detailed terms of reference are found in the tender document which will be availed upon presentation of the payment slip of a non-refundable 10,000 RWF deposited on AEE-Rwanda account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF in Bank of Kigali.

Well-arranged and signed bid documents, in 3 files (1. Letter of interest, 2. Detailed technical proposal, 3. Financial proposal, as described in the ToR) should be submitted to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu not later than September 28, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office on the same day at 10:20 am.  

Bids must include: CVs of Team Leader & Team members, Technical & Financial proposals (Prices should be Tax inclusive), certificates of administrative documents (RDB registration, VAT, RRA Tax clearance), proof of EBM usage for the case of companies, three (3) good performance/completion certificates issued by recognized institutions/companies, full address of the bidder and payment slip of a non-refundable 10,000 RWF.
