Subject: Invitation to Tender - Design and Build of Sewage Treatment Plant at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites qualified companies to participate in the tender process for the design and construction of a sewage treatment plant to serve the hospital's needs. The new STP will be constructed at the site of the existing old STP.

The successful bidder will be responsible for executing the following key components of the project:

1. Detailed design and engineering of the sewage treatment plant, ensuring compliance with all relevant local regulations and international standards.
2. Procurement of quality materials, equipment, and technologies necessary for the construction and operation of the treatment plant.
3. Construction and installation of sewage treatment infrastructure, including tanks, reactors, filtration systems, and associated facilities, within the specified timeframe and budget.
4. Implementation of a rigorous testing and commissioning phase to verify the functionality, efficiency, and safety of the treatment plant.
5. Provision of comprehensive training and documentation for hospital staff on the operation and maintenance of the sewage treatment facility.

Interested companies are requested to obtain the tender documents from the KFHR Procurement Office during working hours. Tender document will be obtained after providing a proof of payment of 10,000 Rwf paid the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK in the name of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.

A mandatory site visit followed by a pre-bid meeting will be held on 6^th May 2024 at 10:30 am, providing an opportunity for bidders to seek clarification on the project requirements and site conditions.

The deadline for submission of tender bids is on 15^th May 2024 at 2:00 pm. late submissions will not be accepted.
